Basic Chemical + Baskets

$115/ month starting

  • This category includes spas

  • Onsite full water testing

  • Weekly visits to add the necessary chemicals

  • Remove debris from skimmer basket, pool sweep bag and pump strainer basket.

  • Inspect filter and equipment for proper functionality: record filter pressures and notify the resident of any needed repairs that may arise.

  • 11 Point full electronic water testing when needed

  • Based on a fully operational balanced pool.

  • Main chem coverage Chlorine/sanitizer, Total alikilinity, Bicarbonate, Ph up, Ph down, Soda ash, Muratic Acid.

  • Additional treatments for restorative water conditions may be an extra charge in some instances such as mineral packs, algicides and descaling materials.

  • There is an annual additional charge of $115.00 conditioner/ CYA to protect the chlorine from sunlight neutralization/destruction and to restore the calcium hardness, copper to proper levels for maintains after winter washout.

  • Everything in basic chemical and basket service

  • Skimming surface of debris and leaves

  • Net larger debris from pool to assist automatic pool sweep

  • Brush steps, platforms / swim outs and walls as required

Power Vacuuming and filter cleaning

$45 -$105 Depending on situation

  • Filter cleaning disassemble filter / pressure tank, clean o-rings / seal seats, re-lubricate all o-rings / seals

  • Inspect filter cartridges while cleaning

  • Reassemble cartridges, o-rings / seals and tighten the compression rings.

  • Power vacuuming remove all large debris from pool bottom when they are too large or too much for the automatic pool sweep to complete the job.

  • Suction side vacuuming when small particulate is small enough for the pool sweep bag to miss and large enough to fall out of suspension prior to filter out.
